1. Who we are
Mr More is operated by Zuki Tech Pty Ltd (ABN 73 670 099 340), a company incorporated in Australia. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Zuki Tech Pty Ltd, and “you” means the person or business using the service.
“The service” means the Mr More mobile app, the website at www.mrmore.ai, and the invoice, receipt and review pages we host on your behalf.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you are using Mr More for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf, and “you” then means both you and that business.
Mr More is built for Australian sole traders and small trade businesses. Its tax handling assumes Australian GST and it prices in Australian dollars. You may use it from outside Australia, but we make no claim that it suits another country’s tax or invoicing rules, and it is your responsibility to check.
3. Your account
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. There is no password. That means access to your email inbox is access to your account, so keep it secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has reached it.
You are responsible for everything done through your account. Give us an email address you actually control and keep it current — if you lose access to it, we may not be able to restore access to your data.
One account represents one business. Your business’s records are isolated from every other business on the service, and we do not let one account read another’s customers, invoices or notes.
4. Plans and free use
You can use Mr More free, with a monthly allowance. Paid plans raise or remove that allowance. Current plans:
| Plan | Monthly | Yearly | Voice jobs / month | Invoices / month |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Free | — | — | 10 | 10 |
| Starter | $29 | $290 | 100 | 100 |
| Pro | $59 | $590 | 500 | 500 |
| Business | $99 | $990 | Unlimited | Unlimited |
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies. A yearly plan is charged at ten times the monthly price, so two months are free.
Allowances are counted per calendar month in your business’s timezone, and count only the two things that create a record: a voice job you submit for processing, and an invoice you create. Recording audio and having it transcribed is never refused for being over an allowance — if you reach the limit mid-job, the recording is kept and waits for you.
If you reach an allowance, existing records stay fully available. You can read, send, download and mark paid everything you already have.
5. Billing and the trial
A paid plan bought on this website is billed through Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number — Stripe holds it, and we hold only the identifiers Stripe gives us to recognise your subscription.
A plan bought inside the iOS app is billed by Apple through your App Store account instead. Apple sets the price shown at purchase, takes the payment, and handles renewals and refunds under its own terms. We never see your payment details on that path either.
The trial
A paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial on both paths. You will not be charged during the trial, and you can cancel at any point before it ends at no cost. The trial is offered once per business — resubscribing after cancelling does not start a new one.
On this website a card is required to begin the trial. In the iOS app the trial is an App Store introductory offer: Apple confirms its exact length and the price that follows on its own purchase sheet before you confirm, and that sheet is what governs.
Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the period you are in, and you keep the paid plan until that period ends.
Where you cancel depends on where you subscribed. A Stripe plan is cancelled from Settings in the app, which opens the Stripe billing portal. An App Store plan can only be cancelled through your Apple subscription settings — we cannot cancel or refund it for you, and refunds on that path are requested from Apple.
Price changes
We may change our prices. If we do, the price you signed up on continues to apply to your existing subscription — a new price applies to new subscriptions, and to yours only if you change plan. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before any change that would affect what you pay on your current plan.
Failed payments and refunds
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it. If it keeps failing, your plan drops to Free and its allowances apply again — your data is not deleted.
We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where the Australian Consumer Law requires one (see clause 14) or where we have plainly charged you in error, in which case write to us and we will fix it.
6. Your content and your customers
Everything you put into Mr More — your customers, your jobs, your invoices, your notes, your logo — stays yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us only the licence we need to run the service for you: to store your content, process it, render it into the documents you send, and show it back to you. That licence exists so we can operate the product and ends when you delete the content or close your account, except for backups that age out on their normal cycle.
Because you are entering your customers’ details, you are the one responsible for having a proper basis to hold them, and for telling them what you do with them. We handle those details on your behalf and only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not market to your customers, and we do not use one business’s customer list for anything to do with another.
We never contact your customers on our own initiative. Every message that reaches them — an invoice, a receipt, a review request — is one you sent.
7. Invoices, GST and getting paid
Mr More produces invoices, receipts and tax figures from what you enter: your ABN, whether you are registered for GST, your rates and your line items. The document is issued by you, not by us. You are responsible for the accuracy of what goes on it and for meeting your own tax obligations.
Mr More is not accounting software and we are not your accountant or tax agent. It does not do BAS, bank reconciliation, payroll or double-entry bookkeeping, and nothing in the app is financial, tax or legal advice.
We never handle money between you and your customer. Your customer pays you directly, however you already arrange that. Marking an invoice paid in Mr More records something that happened elsewhere — it does not move funds, and we are not a party to it.
The only money we take is your own subscription, under clause 5.
8. Public links
When you send an invoice, a receipt or a review request, we host a page for it at a long, randomly generated address. That address is the key: anyone who has the link can open the page, without signing in. That is deliberate, because your customer must be able to read the invoice you texted them without creating an account.
The links are not guessable and are never listed publicly — they carry no sequential numbers, are excluded from search engines, and appear in no sitemap. But they are only as private as the message you sent them in. Treat forwarding one as sharing the document.
Each page shows only what the customer is meant to see: the document and your business details. It exposes nothing about your other customers, your other jobs or your account.
9. Voice and automated drafting
You can speak a job instead of typing it. Your speech is transcribed and interpreted into a draft that you review.
Voice never creates, sends or charges anything on its own. It fills in a form. Nothing leaves the app until you have read it and tapped. Where a spoken name matches more than one of your customers, the app asks you which one — it does not guess.
Transcription and interpretation are automated and imperfect. Accents, background noise on a work site, and unusual product names all cost accuracy. Check the draft before you send it, especially the figures. We are not responsible for an amount you sent without reading.
The audio itself is transcribed and then discarded — we keep the text, not the recording.
Voice is opt-in. Before your first recording leaves the phone, the app names the companies that will receive it and asks you to agree; nothing is uploaded until you do. You can withdraw that agreement at any time in Settings › Voice & AI, which switches voice off and leaves the rest of the service working — every part of Mr More can be typed instead. If we add a company to that list, we ask you again rather than relying on the agreement you already gave. Clause 4 of the Privacy Policy names them and says what each one receives.
10. Review requests
Mr More can ask your customers for a review after a job. How it does that is fixed, and worth knowing before you rely on it:
- Every eligible customer gets the same ask. We do not screen for who seems happy, and we will not build that — review-gating breaches Google’s policies and can get your listing penalised.
- No incentive is offered or implied. Offering one is against the policies of every platform we send people to.
- Nobody is asked twice within 180 days, and once someone opens a review link they are never asked again.
Where the review lands is the platform’s business, not ours. We send your customer to the review URL you configured; we cannot make a review appear, keep it up, or take it down, and we have no control over what that platform does with it.
11. Referrals
You can invite another business with your referral link. If they sign up and become a paying subscriber, both of you receive account credit — the current offer is stated in the app, on the referral screen, and is what applies at the time the referral qualifies.
Credit has no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and applies only to Mr More subscription charges. One referrer is recorded per new account, at their first sign-in, and is not editable afterwards.
We may withhold credit and close accounts where referrals are manufactured — self-referral, duplicate accounts, or sign-ups that were never going to use the product. We may change or end the referral offer at any time, though credit already granted is honoured.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service to invoice for anything unlawful, or to send anyone a document that is deceptive about who is charging them or what for;
- upload material you have no right to use, including a logo that is not yours;
- enter another business’s customers, or personal information you have no proper basis to hold;
- send bulk unsolicited messages through the service, or use it in a way that breaches the Spam Act 2003 (Cth);
- attempt to reach data belonging to another account, probe or interfere with the service’s security, or work around plan limits or rate limits;
- resell, white-label or rent out the service, or run it on behalf of businesses that have not agreed to these terms;
- scrape the service, or use automated means to create accounts or submit jobs at volumes a person could not.
We may suspend an account immediately where we reasonably believe it is doing any of these, and will tell you why.
13. Availability and change
We work to keep Mr More running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, outages at the providers we depend on, and faults all happen.
We may add, change or remove features. Where a change materially reduces something you rely on, we will give you reasonable notice by email or in the app. Some parts of the service depend on third parties — the transcription and language services behind voice, Stripe for billing, our email provider for sign-in codes — and if one of those is unavailable, that part of the product is degraded until it returns. The app is built so that a voice outage does not stop you typing an invoice.
14. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer under that law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss.
Where our liability can lawfully be limited, we limit it, at our option, to resupplying the service or paying the cost of having it resupplied.
Otherwise, and to the extent the law allows: we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of goodwill; and our total liability to you for all claims in any twelve-month period is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in that period.
We are not responsible for a customer of yours failing to pay, for what a review platform does with a review, or for loss caused by figures you sent without checking.
You keep your own records. We take backups for our own operational purposes, but you should not treat Mr More as your only copy of anything you are legally required to retain — you can download your invoices as PDFs at any time.
15. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Mr More at any time. Cancel a paid plan from Settings, and delete the account itself from Settings › Account — it is at the bottom, behind typing your email address to confirm, and it does not need to go through us. Write to support@mrmore.ai if you would rather we did it, or if it fails.
We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service. Except where a breach makes it unsafe to wait, we will give you notice and a chance to put it right first. If we discontinue the service, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice and a way to export your data.
When your account closes, we delete or de-identify your data as set out in the Privacy Policy. Clauses that by their nature should survive — your content licence ending, liability, and the general clauses below — survive.
Public links stop working when the account closes. If you or your customers need those documents, download them first.
16. General
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you by email or in the app at least 30 days before it takes effect, and the date at the top of this page always shows the current version. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, cancel before then.
If a provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest stays in force. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours to a successor of our business, on notice to you.
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the service.
