You may not need us.
- Opening an invoice or receipt?
- Those links come from the tradesperson who sent them, not from us — we cannot look one up or resend it. Go back to the message they sent you and open it from there.
- Wondering if it does X?
- The home page lists what it does, and is just as specific about what it is not — no accounting, no CRM to feed, no review-gating. If the thing you need is in that second list, we would rather you knew today.
- Something broken mid-job?
- Say which invoice or customer it involves and roughly when. That is usually enough for us to find it without you sending screenshots.
Please do not send passwords, card numbers or your customers’ details in this form. We will never ask for them.
